Enjoy complementary Hors D'oeuvres prepared by students at Byron Nelson High School's Culinary Academy. These will be located outside the Culinary Arts Academy in the Bistro rotunda from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
Enjoy complementary Hors D'oeuvres prepared by students at Byron Nelson High School's Culinary Academy. These will be located outside the Culinary Arts Academy in the Bistro rotunda from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
All Culinary Academy students will be in attendance at the event and will participate in various roles. The students serving the food are not just volunteers, but are students who have numerous culinary skills that include food prep, proper food handling, kitchen experience, restaurant management, and much more.
Feel free to ask detailed questions as they are also showcasing their learning at this community event!
You will also get to engage with two students who have a competitive advantage in showcasing their learning and skills in the form of a professional ePortfolio. Look for students walking around with an iPad and/or check out these awesome websites via the QR codes on each of the tables as well as below.
